Come to the Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Nov. 13 to learn how to relax and reduce stress during one of the most busiest times of the year.
Health care providers will be on hand on a one-to-one basis after the discussion. Door prizes will also be awarded.
