Teen Body Art Event At Stafford Branch of Ocean County Library Today

Want to check out how you would look with a tattoo before taking the final step?

Then come to the Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library today at 2 p.m. and experiment with temporary henna and glitter tatoos on your arms.

Participants must have signed parental permission. The event is open to ages 12 to 18.
