MANAHAWKIN, NJ — It's been a while. Thunderbird Lanes will reopen Monday following five months of closures because of coronavirus restrictions.

The bowling alley will reduce its hours for the time being — 1-9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 2-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. They expect to implement normal business hours around mid-September.

Everyone must wear a mask and maintain social distance. Bowling-ball and hand sanitizers will be available too.

  • after 5 p.m.: $5.25
  • Friday through Sunday: $5.25
  • seniors 55 and older: $3
  • shoe rentals: $4
  • practice frames: 60 cents each
