Truckerton Food Truck And Beer Fest On Tap For Next Weekend

Usually you'd have to drive far and wide for a helping of Wisconsin Battered Cheese Curds.

But next weekend, all you have to do is drive to Tuckerton Seaport for the "Truckerton" Food Truck and Brew Fest and you can buy all you want.

The event will run both Saturday, Aug. 13 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from Sunday, Aug. 14 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $8.

The Seaport will host 20 gourmet food trucks over the two days from all over the East Coast, bringing a flavor blast to the Jersey Shore. Who has room for a fat sandwich loaded with onion rings and French fries? Be sure to save some room for authentic Belgian waffles with toppings imported from France.

The event will feature live music all day. Stop in at the craft beer garden and sample some local favorites from the Pinelands Brewing compan.

The Garden State’s Laurita Winery will also be selling local wines by the bottle. Limited-edition official “Truck”erton T-Shirts will be available for purchase the day of the event but are expected to sell out quickly.
