Some Newer Listings Holding Open Houses on Sunday
Some newer addresses open for house tours on Sunday, along with others that are back again.
Interest rates are still low, and spring is here. Along with open houses for homes that have been on the market for months, some since last year, there are some new addresses on this Sunday's list as well.
There are four houses over $1 million in this weekend's lineup, as well as some smaller multi-family units. But more than half of the homes are with what is pretty much a mid-range for Bernards Township — from about $500,000 to listings in the $800,000s.
