3 Car Burglaries Reported In Bernards Twp.
Bernards Township Police are investigating three car burglaries where the suspect(s) smashed a window to gain entry and steal belongings.

BERNARDS TOWNSHIP, NJ — Three car burglaries were reported in Bernards Township over the past week, according to police.
Two motor vehicle burglaries took place on Tuesday, Sept. 6 between 2:40 and 3:05 p.m. Both vehicles were parked at Harry Dunham Park.
The suspect(s) smashed windows to gain entry and stole a purse from each vehicle, Bernards Police reported.

On Sept. 14 between 4:45 and 5:12 p.m. another car was parked at the Bernards Township Library was reported broken into.
The suspect(s) smashed the driver’s side front window to gain entry and stole the victim’s purse, police reported.

The police department urges residents to make sure no valuables are left visible inside their vehicles.
