$50K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Basking Ridge
Five New Jersey Lottery tickets were sold, including one in Basking Ridge, winning the $50,000 third-tier prize for the NJ Powerball.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Five New Jersey Lottery tickets were sold, including one in Basking Ridge, winning the $50,000 third-tier prize for the Saturday, Aug. 12 NJ Powerball drawing.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, Aug. 12 drawing were: 20, 24, 26, 35 and 49. The red Power Ball number was 19. The multiplier number was 02.
The tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn. If those tickets had been purchased with the Power Play Multiplier option, they would have been worth $100,000.

The winning tickets from Saturday night’s drawing were sold at the following locations:
- Cape May County: Kix Package Goods, 120 63rd St., Sea Isle City;
- Essex County: The Mini Pantry II, 979 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange;
- Middlesex County: Spotswood Wine & Liquors, 75 Old Stage Rd., Spotswood;
- Morris County: Randolph Gas and Convenience, 514 Route 10 West, Randolph;
- Somerset County: The Wine Rack, 572A Allen Rd., Basking Ridge.
The Powerball jackpot rolls to $430 million for the next drawing to be held Wednesday, Aug. 16 at 10:59 p.m.

In addition to the third-tier prizewinning ticket sold, there were 111,750 New Jersey players who took home an estimated $541,815 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200, according to Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger.
