94-Unit Senior Housing Project To Be Proposed In Basking Ridge
The Bernards Twp. Committee will meet on Tuesday where they will discuss rezoning an area in the town for a proposed senior housing project.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township Committee will be meeting on Tuesday, July 10 where they will discuss rezoning an area in the town for a proposed senior housing building.
The 94-unit senior housing building is being proposed by LCB Senior Living at a property at 219 Mt. Airy Rd.
The property currently sits in a E-4 Zone that does not permit senior housing developments. LCB is asking the township to rezone the property so that the development can be built since they "believe the property is an ideal location for the project."
