Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation to Host First Pints for A Purpose Charity Event to Support Local Veterans

Basking Ridge, N.J. (November 3, 2017) – The Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation is proud to announce its first local beer tasting fundraiser, Pints for a Purpose, to benefit Operation Chillout and Operation Sisterhood. The event will take place on November 15, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Revolution, A Social Brew House, 9 South Street in Morristown, New Jersey.
“We are incredibly proud to partner with such great organizations as Operation Chillout and Operation Sisterhood to thank our veterans for all they have done to protect and serve our country,” says Catherine Ricker, chairwoman of the Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation. “This fundraiser not only supports our veterans, but also serves as a fun way for our community connected to engage with each other.”
All proceeds from registrations, sponsorships and donations will benefit local charities that support homeless veterans, female veterans and their families. There are currently seven sponsorship packages to choose from, including:

Happy hour will run for the duration of the event, featuring 40 beers on tap from New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, with $2 off New Jersey beers and $1 off all other beers. Upon check-in at Revolution, A Social Brew House, the first 75 Zero K participants* will receive:

- One complimentary beer or soda voucher (excluding mixed drinks)
