Affinity Federal Credit Union Awarded Spot Among NJBIZ’s “Best Places to Work” for 12th Consecutive Year

Affinity Federal Credit Union ranked #13 in the "Large Company" category.

Basking Ridge, N.J. (May 11, 2017) – Affinity Federal Credit Union has been ranked #13 in the “Large Company” category for this year’s NJBiz “Best Places to Work” awards. For the past 12 years, Affinity has achieved this honor, showcasing its commitment to employees and continued dedication to provide an outstanding work environment for every member of the financial institution’s team.

The key factors for inclusion on NJBIZ’s prestigious “Best Places to Work” list include the professional environment, work-life balance and benefits packages provided by the companies and organizations named. This information is gathered through surveys completed by employees, as well as through policy questionnaires.
