Alleged Drug Dealer Arrested in Somerset County
Jose Lopez was allegedly selling drugs from his Hamilton Street home in Bound Brook, Somerset County Prosecutor reports

Bound Brook, NJ -- A Bound Brook man was arrested for selling drugs from his home and was found to be in possession of heroin, marijuana and cocaine, Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey D. Soriano announced.
Jose Lopez, 26, of Hamilton Street, Bound Brook was charged with Possession of CDS (Heroin) with the Intent to Distribute, third degree, Possession of CDS (Cocaine) third degree, Possession of CDS (Marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both disorderly persons offenses.
Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force reported receiving information that Lopez was selling drugs from his Hamilton Street home.

On Jan. 20, at approximately 7 p.m., Task Force detectives executed a Superior Court Search Warrant upon at Lopez’s home which resulted in the seizure of 74 wax folds of Heroin, 14 grams of Marijuana, 7 grams of cocaine, 3 scales and manufacturing materials.
Bound Brook Police K-9, “Crusader” and his handler also assisted in the search of the residence.

Lopez was lodged in the Somerset County Jail.
