$52K Donated To Bernards Township Schools For Upgrades

The Bernards Township Board of Education shared donations for furniture, walkie-talkies and cheer mats.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township Board of Education accepted three donations at its Monday meeting.

Vice President Dave Shaw, who sits on the Finance Committee, outlined several donations connected to district schools and student activities.

One donation was from Liberty Corner PTO for $30,000 for furniture replacement.

There was also a donation of walkie-talkies to Cedar Hill for about 16,000.

A third donation of $6,300 was also made for new mats from the Bridge Youth Sports Cheerleading.
