BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Gabe's Bagels is expanding into Basking Ridge to open its fifth location.
Owner Gabe Gebril told Patch he is hoping to open the new location at 450 S Finley Ave. in about three months.
The new shop will replace Dunkin', which closed at the end of March in the Lyons Mall.
Gebril owns four other locations in East Hanover, Chatham, Fair Lawn, and Martinsville.
Gebril said he chose Basking Ridge because he always liked the area.
Gabe's Bagels has been in business for the past 20 years. The shop is known for hand-rolling its bagels.
Along with bagels, Gabe's offers breakfast sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, spreads, grilled cheeses, cold-cut sandwiches, hot and cold sandwiches, and more.
