New Asian Fusion Restaurant Opens In Basking Ridge

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — A new Asian fusion restaurant has opened in Basking Ridge.

Fire Phoenix Asian Fusion opened at 576 Allen Road in the Hills section of the Township.

The restaurant is a fusion of Thai and Asian cuisine.

"Our goal is to create a dining experience that combines bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and creative Asian cuisine while making every guest feel right at home," according to firephoenixasianfusion.com.

The menu includes a variety of lo mein, chow fun, udon, soba, pad Thai, Hibachi, and more.

"From savory favorites to flavorful specialty dishes, Fire Phoenix Asian Fusion offers something for every taste. Each dish is prepared with care, balancing traditional Asian flavors with modern touches to create a menu that is both familiar and exciting," said the restaurant.

Hours are Monday to Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday to Saturday from 11:30 to 110 p.m. and Sunday 3 to 9 p.m.
