Parents in Basking Ridge can mark the first day of school coming later this summer.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The summer is beginning to come to a close and parents are already back-to-school planning in Basking Ridge. An essential component to that is school calendars to help parents prepare for the first day in Bernards Township Schools.
The first day of school for most students in Basking Ridge is Tuesday, Sept. 6.
Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

Bernards Township Public Schools
- First Day: Tuesday, Sept. 6
- Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 23 (half-day). Nov. 24 and 25
- Winter Break: Dec. 23 (half-day). Dec. 26 - Jan. 2
- Mid-Winter Recess: Feb. 20 - 21
- Spring Break: April 17 - 21
- William Annin Graduation: June 15
- Ridge High School Graduation: June 16
- Last Day: June 16 (half-day)
