Basking Ridge Candidates To Debate Thursday
Republican incumbent John Carpenter and James Baldassare will answer questions with Democratic opponents Sally Booth and Joan Harris.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Four local Bernards Township candidates, who are competing for two seats on the Township Committee, in this November's election will debate on Thursday.
The candidates debate will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. at Ridge High School's Performing Arts Center in Basking Ridge. The debate is sponsored by the Ridge High School Empowerment for Political Participation (REPP) and the Somerset County League of Women Voters.
