"I have seen so many people get diagnosed with inflammation, leaky gut and other health issues and are simply put on medicine. Although that can be a good thing, many aren't educated on what they need to eat to lessen certain symptoms," Castner said. "The fact is, many are eating foods that work against them, not for them for their specific health issue. The cycle continues of not feeling better and getting more medicine to treat new symptoms."
Castner has Crohn's disease and understands how many feel overwhelmed with what to eat. As a result she went back to school to understand the 'hows and why's' the body reacts the way it does.

"After someone is diagnosed with leaky gut, Crohn's, etc. or decided to go gluten free, they aren't always directed on which foods can cause or add to their current health issues," Castner said. "The Necessary Blend can bridge that gap between health and plate making dinner time stress-free while helping support protocols and reducing many health symptoms."
The Necessary Blend's Reset + Restore can be added to cooked protein or veggie for a meal that is ready in minutes.
Customers will be able to order online and pick up at The Rebecca Collection in Bernardsville. There will be an assigned mini Refrigerator for pick up.
