Basking Ridge Makeup Artist Helps Find Your Inner Beauty

Basking Ridge, NJ -- Makeup artist to the stars, Basking Ridge native and founder of Heavenly Touch Cosmetics Jennifer Chlebowski is heading to Westfield to helps locals put their best face forward.

Chlebowski, a Basking Ridge resident, began getting into the makeup business 22 years ago when she was 18 years old.

“I always had a passion for makeup and fashion,” Chlebowski told Patch. “It’s something I love doing.”

She successful in her career working for Revlon and Estee Lauder and even doing the makeup for on-air stars at Comcast and Channel 9 News.

In 2005, Chlebowski started her own makeup line, Heavenly Touch Cosmetics. With her line she promotes women empowerment.

“You don’t have to change their face,” Chlebowski said. “Their beauty shines from within and with a little makeup it helps.”

Over the years, Chlebowski has done makeup work for brides across the Garden State and for special events.

Now she is looking to become more accessible to clients near Westfield by offering “Tiki Touch-Ups by HTC.”

Chlebowski is offering her services at her friend’s newly open store, Jersey Boutique Spa at 331 West Broad St. in Westfield.

“I have a tiki bar and makeup station in the store where clients can come in and have fun, have drinks and try lip glosses.” I call it Sips and Lips, ever Monday.”
