Basking Ridge, NJ -- A Township resident was arrested for possession of drugs, Bernards Township Police report.
William J. Pacilli, 41, of Basking Ridge was arrested on Feb. 19 at 11:06 a.m. for possession of heroin, crack and syringes following a motor vehicle stop on King George Road.
