Basking Ridge Man Assaulted Amazon Employee, Arrested: Police
John Jimenez, 34, of Basking Ridge, was arrested and charged with burglary and simple assault, according to Middlesex Borough Police.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — A Basking Ridge man was arrested after police say he assaulted an Amazon employee.
On Feb. 1, Middlesex Borough Police Officer Paul Steffanelli and Officer Daniel Gurrell found that John Jimenez, 34, of Basking Ridge, entered a secure Amazon warehouse at 65 Baekeland Ave. and assaulted an employee, according to Middlesex Borough Police Department.
On Feb. 2 at 2:30 p.m., Jimenez was arrested and charged with burglary and simple assault, according to Middlesex Borough Police.

Jimenez was taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Facility.
