Basking Ridge Man, Day Care Owner Guilty of Producing Child Porn: US Attorney
Breaking: 13 minor victims from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio and Indiana fell prey to the Day Care Owner from Basking Ridge: authorities

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — A Basking Ridge man pleaded guilty to producing and attempting to produce child pornography, according to United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
During his arraignment in July, Hubert Young, 46, of Basking Ridge admitted being the owner of a day care in New Jersey with his wife, according to wnep.com.
Young admitted on Monday, Feb. 6 before Senior U.S. District Court Judge James M. Munley to creating two Facebook accounts with fake names, and using a cell phone and computer to persuade minors to take pornographic images of themselves and send them to him, according to United States Attorney Bruce D. Brandler.

Young would pose as two teenagers and talk with his victims in chat groups. He would get the victims to send pornographic images to himself and then threatened to put the pictures on the internet unless the victims sent him more images.
A total of 13 minor victims from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio and Indiana fell prey to Young between January 2015 and June 2016, according to Brandler.

Judge Munley ordered a pre-sentence investigation to be completed, and scheduled sentencing for May 9, 2017.
Young could face a maximum of 30 years in prison, a term of supervised release after he is released and a fine. There is also a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison.
