Basking Ridge Student Photographer Showcased In Gallery

A Basking Ridge Oak Knoll student photographer was among the few to receive a juried award in The Pingry School's annual Photo Invitational.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — A Basking Ridge Oak Knoll student photographer was among the few to receive a juried award in The Pingry School’s annual Photo Invitational.

Photos submitted by Margot Christ ’17, of Basking Ridge; Shannon Costello ’19, of Morristown; and Isabel Salas ’18, of Verona, will now be displayed in Pingry’s Hostetter Arts Center Gallery at its Martinsville Campus through March 8.

Costello’s photo, titled “Pride,” was also a Gold Key winner in the annual Regional Scholastic Art Competition in which more than a dozen Oak Knoll photographers and artists were recognized.

Ten Oak Knoll students submitted their work in the invitational, which annually includes submissions from 12 area public and independent schools.
