Basking Ridge Students To Perform Hurrican Disaster Relief Benefit Concert

The free concert will be held on Sept. 30 at the Somerset Hills Lutheran Church from 7 to 8:30 p.m. All donations will go to the Red Cross.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Basking Ridge branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States will host a benefit concert next Saturday, Sept. 30 to raise money for hurricane relief.

The concert will be held at the Somerset Hills Lutheran Church from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The concert is free, yet donations in advance or at the concert will be accepted. All proceeds will go to the Red Cross.

Most of the group members of the AYLUS are from Ridge High School and William Annin Middle School and will be performing at the concert while playing piano, cello, violin, viola, flute, clarinet and sing.

The Basking Ridge branch of the AYLUS perform on a monthly basis at the Fellowship Village in town and has also performed at Memory Care Living and some other local senior centers.
