Basking Ridge Woman Arrested for Shoplifting in Watchung: Blotter

A total of seven people were arrested, including a woman from Basking Ridge, for shoplifting from Watchung businesses last week: blotter

WATCHUNG, NJ — A Basking Ridge resident was among seven people who were arrested for shoplifting in Watchung, according to the blotter.

Watchung Police Blotter:

On Oct. 17 at 8:39 p.m.: Camille Marino, 21, of Watchung reported shopping at Michael's when she placed her cellphone and cellphone case down while inspecting an item. When she went to pay for the item she realized she left her cellphone and the money inside her case behind. She was able to relocate her cell phone at the customer service but the $130 in cash was missing from her case.

On Oct. 21 at 2:37 p.m.: Matthias Ezenwa Uzoaru, 60, of Irvington was arrested for shoplifting sneakers worth $75 from Sears on Route 22 East. He was charged and released with a court date.

On Oct. 21 at 10:39 a.m.: Dularie Naiken, 54, of Plainfield was arrested for shoplifting $152 in men's clothing from Sears on Route 22 East. He was processed and released with a court date.

On Oct. 21 at 1:39 p.m.: Stacy Mcdonald, 49, of Plainfield was arrested by Warren Police for having an active Watchung warrant for $500. She was transported and lodged at Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail.

On Oct. 19 at 3:20 p.m.: Elisea Dionicio-Lopez, 35, of Bound Brook was arrested for shoplifting $462 worth of merchandise from Sears on Route 22 East. She was processed and released with a court date.

On Oct. 16 at 3:50 p.m.: Maria Urena, 27, of Elizabeth was arrested for shoplifting $139.99 worth of jewelry from Sears on Route 22 East. She was processed and released with a court date.

On Oct. 16 at 1:54 p.m.: Paula Mezzo, 50, of Basking Ridge was arrested for shoplifting $99.80 worth of unpaid merchandise from Walmart on Route 22 West. She was processed and released with a court date.

On Oct. 18 at 4 p.m.: Daniel Comar, 23, of Union was arrested for shoplifting $223.23 worth of unpaid merchandise from Walmart on Route 22 West. He was processed and released with a court date.
