Basking Ridge Woman Dies In Single-Car Accident

A 51-year-old Basking Ridge woman died in a single-car accident in Watchung at around 1:30 a.m. on Friday.

According to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, Concepcion Deguzman crashed along High Tor Drive and Ridge Road.

Deguzman’s vehicle was already engulfed in flames when police and first responders arrived– she was pronounced dead at the scene.
