Basking Ridge's Winter Market, Tree Lighting Set For Dec. 7
The 6th annual Winter Market and Christmas Tree Lighting event will be held in downtown Basking Ridge on Saturday, Dec. 7.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The 6th annual Winter Market and Christmas Tree Lighting event will be held in downtown Basking Ridge on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 5:30 p.m.
The Winter Market will begin at noon and runs until 7 p.m. at Bishop Janes United Methodist Church. More then 50 artisans and vendors will be there. The church's annual Christmas tree and wreath sale will also take place.
A Holiday Card coloring event with Mr. Local History will also be held at Washington House Restaurant on their heated outdoor patio from 3 to 5 p.m.

Specials will be announced in advance of that weekend and warm drinks will be available for purchase that day, for the younger set and adults. Santa’s helpers will also be there to assist the kids as they customize a free card for their family.
At 5:30 p.m. William Annin Middle School Carolers will perform along with the tree lighting ceremony.
