Bernards Police To Offer Q&A Presentation, Safety Tips For Residents

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Police Chief Jon Burger and other officers will host a presentation and Q&A session with residents discussing safety in the township on Wednesday, March 22.
"Why Bernards Township is the 8th Safest Town in the Garden State" is the latest topic to be presented in the Understanding Bernards series.
During the presentation, Officers of the Bernards Township Police Department will share how they protect the community.

Residents will also learn how to protect against vehicle thefts, money scams (especially targeting older adults), burglaries, and residential security.
Along with Burger, Detectives Tracy Baldassare and Phil Jasina will speak.

The free and open-to-the-public meeting will be held on March 22 at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Building at 1 Collyer Lane in Basking Ridge.
The Understand Bernards series' objective is to provide additional information and transparency on topics that are important to Bernards Township residents.
