Bernards Township Offices, Schools Have Delayed Opening Due To Snow
Township schools will open on a two-hour delay schedule on Tuesday.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Township offices will have a delayed opening on Tuesday due to the inclement weather.
The offices will open at 10:30 a.m., said the township.
All Bernards Township Public Schools will also reopen following a two-hour delayed opening on Tuesday.

Ridge High will begin at 9:35 a.m. and William Annin will begin at 9:45 a.m. and all elementary schools will begin at 10:45 a.m.
The buses are on a 2-hour delay. There is no beforecare and lunch will only be served at the high school.

Students at all other schools are encouraged to bring snacks.
The National Weather Service projected between 4 to 6 inches of snow to fall in Basking Ridge through Tuesday at 4 p.m.
Here is a look at the upcoming forecast:
Tuesday: Snow, mainly before 2 p.m. High near 33. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy during the early evening, then gradual clearing, with a low around 11. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
