The Bernards Township Parks & Recreation Department is seeking community input regarding recreational facilities, programs and services.    We are asking residents to complete the survey once per household address by September 30.  The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete, so please ensure when you begin that you have enough time to complete the entire survey.    Your feedback is important to us and we thank you in advance for participating!
