Bernardsville, Basking Ridge Fire And EMS To Host Open House
The open house planned for Sunday will feature food and games, as well as opportunities to learn about becoming a volunteer firefighter.
BERNARDSVILLE, NJ — Bernardsville and Basking Ridge Fire Companies will host an open house this weekend to give residents an opportunity to learn about becoming a volunteer firefighter.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the Bernardsville Fire Station No. 1, located at 18 Mine Brook Rd.
According to the event's Facebook page, residents can enjoy food and drinks in addition to games and other activities. Fire and EMS personnel will also hold displays and demonstrations for attendees.

"Bernardsville and Basking Ridge Fire Companies are 100% volunteer and have teamed up for an Open House!" officials said on the event page. "Members are needed, we hope you will learn more about this exciting and rewarding volunteer experience!"
