The Bulls scored early and often, getting contributions from a wide range of hitters in the lineup. The team knocked in six runs in the pivotal third inning, taking a commanding nine-run lead they would not relinquish.

The first six hitters in the lineup combined for the bulk of the runs, scoring 15 out of the 19 total. Alex Hatala and Matt Zarabara each knocked in two runs with big hits. Zarch Bontempi and Adam Walked both tripled, scoring seven combined runs.
