COVID-19 Testing Offered Thursday In Basking Ridge
The Bernards Township Health Department is offering COVID-19 testing on Thursdays throughout January.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township Health Department will offer COVID-19 testing on multiple dates in January including this upcoming Thursday.
See testing dates:
- Thursday, Jan. 12: 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Jan. 19: 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Jan. 26: 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Testing will be done at the Bernards Township Community Center at 289 South Maple Ave. in Basking Ridge.

The health department will no longer be scheduling appointments. All testing clinics will be walk-in only. Visit wellcaretccm.com to download 2 registration forms to bring with you on the day of testing.
Due to lack of sufficient funding for the HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program, WELLCARE COVID-19 Testing Service will bill individuals without health insurance $75 per COVID-19 test until the foreseeable future.

With medical insurance, there is NO cost for participating in the COVID-19 testing event. Only diagnostic medical services covered by your medical insurance will be performed.
- Test results will be delivered via phone, text or email. Make sure to check your spam folder, as well as missed calls.
- Please allow 48-72 hours to process test results.
- If you do not hear back after 72 hours, please email WellCare at wellcarecovidtesting@gmail.com.
To be tested, participants need to present a state-issued photo ID or driver’s license for identification and their medical insurance cards if they have insurance. Screening will be conducted which includes answering questions and checking vital signs.
The Bernards Township Health Department is the contractual health agency for Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Chester Borough, Long Hill Township, Mendham Borough, and Peapack and Gladstone Borough.
