COVID Vaccine And Testing Clinics Available In Basking Ridge
There are a number of dates open for residents to get their vaccines, boosters, or tested in December.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township Health Department is offering a number COVID-19 vaccine clinics and testing clinics in December.
COVID-19 VACCINE CLINICS
Pfizer (5-11) will be given from 3 to 5 p.m. at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge. Clinic will be on Dec. 5.

- Pfizer 5-11 Bivalent Boosters will be available.
- Individuals must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
- These Pfizer appointments are not for individuals ages 12+.

Pfizer and Moderna Bivalent-Omicron boosters will be given from 3 to 5 p.m. at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge. Clinics will be on Dec. 6 and 13.

- If you are symptomatic, or waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test please reschedule.
- If you are quarantined due to an exposure to a positive case (including household) please get tested on day 5 from last exposure and attend only after testing negative.
- If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19, please consult your healthcare provider before getting a COVID-19 gvaccine. For the safety of all participants, please wait until gafter day 10 of your positive test and after your symptoms resolve to attend our clinic.
- Walk-in appointments may be available but not guaranteed.
- Bring your original vaccine card with you if you’re coming for a second or booster dose. If you only have a picture or Docket, you will be given a second card.
- No ID or insurance required for COVID-19 vaccines.
- Please wear a mask and social distance.

COVID-19 TESTING CLINICS
The Bernards Township Health Department will offer COVID-19 testing in December on the following dates:
- Thursday, Dec. 8: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Dec. 15: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Dec. 22: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Dec. 29: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Bernards Township Community Center: 289 South Maple Ave, Basking Ridge.
Please note: Scheduled appointments will no longer be offered. All testing clinics will be walk-in only. Visit wellcaretccm.com to download 2 registration forms to bring on the day of testing.
**Due to lack of sufficient funding for the HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program, WELLCARE COVID-19 Testing Service will bill individuals without health insurance $75 per COVID-19 test until the foreseeable future.
With medical insurance, there is no cost for participating in the COVID-19 testing event. Only diagnostic medical services covered by your medical insurance will be performed.
Accessing test results:
- Test results will be delivered via phone, text or email. Make sure to check your spam folder, as well as missed calls.
- Please allow 48-72 hours to process test results.
- If you do not hear back after 72 hours, please email WellCare at wellcarecovidtesting@gmail.com.
To be tested, participants need to present a state-issued photo ID or driver’s license for identification and their medical insurance cards if they have insurance. Screening will be conducted which includes answering questions and checking vital signs.
The Bernards Township Health Department is the contractual health agency for Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Chester Borough, Long Hill Township, Mendham Borough, and Peapack and Gladstone Borough.
