CSA program offered by Melick's Town Farm for summer/ fall pickup on Wednesdays in Basking Ridge www.melickstownfarm.com
22 weeks of home grown fruits and vegetables with weekly pick up through Melick's Town Farm CSA

New for 2017, Melick's Town Farm is offering their CSA program with pick up on Wednesdays on Valley Road, across from the VA Hospital in Basking Ridge. Melick's Town Farm is owned and run by a 10th generation NJ farm family. The CSA subscription program was begun 6 years ago as an added option to provide customers more of a connection to their local farm. The program offers shareholders weekly boxes of home grown fruits and vegetables at a better value than shopping outside of the program. As NJ's largest apple grower with over 25,000 apple trees, and 5,000 peach, nectarine and pear trees, fruit is a significant component of these shares. The weekly shares typically consist of 9 to 11 different items in quantities reasonable for a family of four. More information can be found at www.melickstownfarm.com
