Dumpster Fire Engulfs Shelter In Somerset County
Volunteer firefighters were called to a dumpster on fire just before 9 p.m. on Wednesday.
BEDMINSTER, NJ — Volunteer firefighters were busy on Wednesday night as they extinguished a dumpster fire in Bedminster.
Just before 9 p.m., Far Hills-Bedminster Fire Department was called to a dumpster on fire on Cheswich Court in the Bedminster section of The Hills, said Fire Chief Carson Brienza.
A total of 14 firefighters responded and the fire was extinguished in under 5 minutes of when the fire engine arrived, said Brienza.

The only damage was contained to the dumpster and the dumpster shelter. The cause of the fire is unknown and no injuries were reported.
