He reported no injuries and declined medical transport.

An investigation found that Snyder had been driving a 2026 GMC Yukon south on Route 206 at an unsafe speed when trying to make a left turn onto Holland Avenue.

"During the turn, Snyder lost control of the vehicle, hit the guide rail, and the vehicle overturned over the guide rail before coming to rest down the embankment," said Ferrante.

Members of the Peapack-Gladstone Fire Department helped in stabilizing the overturned vehicle. Police were also helped by the Far Hills Borough Police Department.

Snyder IV was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain lane.

Snyder was subsequently released to a responsible party pending court proceedings.
