Fairview Farms will host the program "All About Monarch Butterlies" from 10 a.m. to noon at the Wildlife Preserve in Bedminster. All ages are invited to participate in an easy walk around the fields of Fairview Farm in search of tiny Monarch eggs and caterpillars. Your guide will introduce you to this fascinating insect commonly called the "King of Butterflies" and provide insights into its life cycle and migration. Each participating family will have a chance to make and take home a butterfly "house" where the process of metamorphosis from egg to adult butterfly can be observed. Hiking boots recommended.
