Fire At The Station In Bernardsville, Residents Evacuated
The fire was reported at the restaurant early in the morning on Tuesday.
BERNARDSVILLE, NJ — A fire was reported at The Station restaurant in Bernardsville early Tuesday morning.
On Sept. 24 at around 2:10 a.m., The Bernardsville Police Department went to The Station at 45 Mine Brook Road on the report of an activated fire alarm.
Officers saw an active fire inside the business and immediately evacuated the residents who live in the top and rear apartments of the structure, said Bernardsville Police Captain Dan Buttel.

The Bernardsville Fire Department as well as mutual aid from surrounding towns extinguished the fire.
The Bernardsville fire inspector responded to investigate and residents were allowed back into their home.

The fire remains under investigation by the Bernardsville Police Department.
