Freeholder Board Meetings Online Due To Coronavirus
Although county offices are closed to the public, the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholders will hold public meetings.

SOMERVILLE – Although county offices are closed to the public, the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholders will continue to hold public meetings. Residents are encouraged to watch the meetings online at www.co.somerset.nj.us/livestream.

The public can participate by sending questions or comments to freeholdermeeting@co.somerset.nj.us.
Work sessions, where items are discussed two weeks before the Freeholder Board votes on them, are held at 5 p.m. Regular public meetings will now be held immediately following the work session.

The public can access the livestream from a link on the homepage, under “In the Spotlight,” or on the freeholders’ webpage. An archive of livestreamed meetings can be found on the same webpage.
The Freeholder Board meets twice a month, usually on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. The schedule can be found on the county’s website.
