Get To Know Wine Better At Bernards Township Library
Participants will learn about buying wine, reading the label, storing, decanting, tasting and cooking with wine.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Love wine and want to learn more about it? Check out Bernards Township Library's program "The World of Wine: An Introduction" on Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m.
Mark Vogel, a chef, culinary instructor and food writer, offers this introduction to the world of wine (not a tasting).
Participants will learn about buying wine, reading the label, storing, decanting, tasting and cooking with wine. They will also learn a bit about the famous wine-producing regions.
