Leisure Learning Returns After 2 Year COVID Hiatus At Bernards Library

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Fall 2022 Leisure Learning program series has returned after a two-year COVID hiatus. The program is now open for registration at the Bernards Township Library in Basking Ridge.
This adult continuing education series runs every Monday from Sept. 19 to Oct. 31, with the exception of Monday, Oct. 10.
Lectures take place at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the Bernards Township Library, as well as the Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church at One East Oak Street.

Residents of any community are eligible to register for the six-week series. Series fee is $25 for Bernards Township residents and $75 for non-residents. Advanced registration is required.
The series is comprised of 30 different lectures, given by 14 presenters. Featured topics include
history, politics, literature, art history, and music history. Registrants have a choice of two different lectures to attend each Monday.

Leisure Learning has been successfully run by the Bernards Township Library since 1976, with the exception of a two-year break due to the recent pandemic. Semesters run both in the fall and the spring.
