Liberty Corner Church Offers Surviving the Holidays Seminar
Support for those experiencing separation or divorce
Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church is hosting DivorceCare: Surviving the Holidays, a helpful, encouraging seminar for people facing the holidays after a separation or divorce. The seminar will be held Tuesday, October 23 from 7-9 pm, in the Amos Room of the church.
The seminar features practical suggestions and reassurance through video interviews with counselors, experts in divorce-related care, and other people who have experienced the holidays after a separation or divorce. Topics to be discussed include dealing with hard-hitting emotions, what to do about traditions, how to survive social events, helping your kids have a good holiday experience, and where to find comfort and strength.
Surviving the Holidays is open to anyone who has experience separation or divorce. Registration is recommended, but not required. For more information, visit libertycorner.org/events or call the church office at (908) 647-0340.
