Sprinkle brings almost 20 years of pastoral and organizational skills and experience, having served churches in Texas, Georgia, and most recently Medford, Oregon. He earned degrees in physics and communication before receiving a Masters of Divinity degree and Spiritual Formation Certificate at Columbia Seminary, as well as a Doctorate in Ministry from Fuller Seminary emphasizing missional leadership.
As the son of a minister, Sprinkle grew up in the church and shared that he "knew all the answers in Sunday school, but experienced hypocrisy, gossip, and rejection from many Christians." At one low point, he challenged his faith and instead of losing faith, received confirmation of God’s love.
