A little bit of Israel in Basking Ridge

Congregation Bnai Israel religious school students were able to experience a little piece of Israel right here in Basking Ridge!

Sunday, November 6th, religious school students at Congregation Bnai Israel “traveled” to Israel without
leaving Basking Ridge! Utilizing their five senses celebrated Israel's
history, language, culture, and geography. Students were able to touch
the stones of the Western Wall in Jerusalem, prepare and eat hummus and pita,
create Hebrew name bracelets, be challenged by an Israeli army style obstacle
course, and play Geography Twister on a giant map of Israel.
