FAR HILLS, NJ — Officials arrested a Somerset County man on child pornography charges last month, according to Acting Prosecutor Annmarie Taggart.
The prosecutor's office began investigating "an apparent upload of images of sexual exploitation or abuse of a child" when state detectives notified them, Taggart said. The investigation lead them to 33-year-old Jason O'Hare in Far Hills, Taggart said.
Taggart said Far Hills police and Prosecutor's Office detectives conducted a search warrant on O'Hare's Lake Road residence on May 25. Investigators seized his electronics and found "numerous images depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child," Taggart said.
