Many Homes Over $1 Million Schedule Open Houses
More than a third of houses, some new, are listed at more than $1 million.
This Sunday's open houses include some new addresses, with many concentrated on the upper price range of the market, more than $1 million. Last weekend, many of the homes on display were concentrated on the lower end of the local price spectrum, which in Basking Ridge is less than $500,000.
