Mayor's Fall Festival Canceled In Basking Ridge Due To Hurricane Ian
The Halloween Costume Contest is still proceeding with a new pick-up procedure.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Hurricane Ian has put a damper on plans to hold the annual Mayor's Fall Festival on Saturday. The township announced the cancellation on Friday.
The event will not be rescheduled, according to the township.
The costume exchange pick-up where residents can exchange gently used youth costumes will still take place with a new pickup procedure.

Residents are asked to bring their ticket to the Municipal Building at 1 Collyer Lane from Monday, Oct. 3 through Friday, Oct. 7 between the hours of 3 and 4:30 p.m. to pick up costumes.
