New 24-Unit Apartment Complex To Be Built In Basking Ridge

The Crown Court project was approved at the Tuesday night Bernards Township Planning Board meeting.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — A new 24-unit apartment complex is coming to Basking Ridge.

The application for the Crown Court project was approved at the Tuesday night Bernards Township Planning Board meeting.

The project calls for 24 units of which 20 are market value and four affordable housing units. The units will be a mix of one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments, Joe Korn of Crown Court Associates told Patch.

The complex will be constructed on Crown Court Drive off of Spring Valley Boulevard and near King George Road.
