New 94-Unit Senior Living Facility To Open In Basking Ridge

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — A new LCB Senior Living facility, The Residence at Basking Ridge, is scheduled to open this spring in the township.

LCB Senior Living, a senior housing provider, has more than 30 communities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. This will be its fourth location in New Jersey joining Cherry Hill, Manahawkin, and Voorhees.

The Residence at Basking Ridge will be a 95,000-square-foot facility with 94 apartments and will offer LCB Senior Living’s Assisted Living and Reflections Memory Care services. The community will also include LCB’s Emerald Suite Concierge, which is a wing of enhanced apartments with a private lounge, a dedicated concierge to cater to individual needs, and a broad range of comfort and convenience services.

Assisted Living care services will include assistance with bathing and dressing, medication management, oxygen assistance and several others.
