Phone Outage Resolved In Basking Ridge After Impacting Police, Municipal Services

The outage was reported just before 4 p.m. on Monday.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — A phone system outage in Bernards Township affecting the Municipal Building, Police Department, Health Department, Engineering Services and the Library has been resolved, the township said.

The outage was initially announced in an alert just before 4 p.m. It has since been resolved.

Anyone who needs to reach these departments was asked to visit bernards.org for a list of payment options and services available online. Residents could also select a Department from the menu on the website for email contacts.
